We suggest wearing comfortable active wear and going barefoot. A water bottle is also suggested.

Payment online is via paypal, if you would like to register for a class and pay with another payment method you can also register for classes in the studio where we accept cash, debit, visa and mastercard
All Registered Classes are Non Refundable no exceptions - your spot has been reserved for you.
Registration for classes cannot be transfered to a future session and there is no refund for unused classes.
If you have to miss a class, you can make up for the class by dropping into one of our drop in classes, advanced notice must be given and class must be made up in the same session.
