Duration: 4 Weeks, First class begins November 12th - December 3rd 2015
Jazz style is a genre that creates a fun, energetic atmosphere. Classes begin with a warm-up to increase ones flexibility, and strength, followed by progressions across the floor, center work and combinations. Students will learn fundamental jazz steps and basic vocabulary through across the floor exercises and simple combinations. NO experience necessary, beginners welcome!
What You Will Need for Class:
o Water bottle
o Beige or Black Jazz Bloches (if you do not own a pair of these you can wear ballet slippers) ** although these are preferred one can get away with socks and bare feet for this 4-week session.
o Workout clothing
o Please come with your hair up or out/off your face
