Join me for the summer as we take the time to refine technique, work on your presentation of movements, arms and hand, layers, travelling, weight transfers and placement, turns and transitions. We will start from the bottom and integrate levels and layers into movements so you can work at your own pace to improve your own personal practice and technique.
Pre-requisites, A strong foundation of basic movements is recommended.
Duration: 4 weeks, Wednesdays at 8pm (First class begins August 7th - August 28 2019)
